I create stuff that I wish to use myself. I´ve found this to be the key ingredient for my work because of these two facts:

a) I actually care
b) I actually care

What I do now:

• I’m the Product manager for onboarding at SpareBank 1 (one of Norway’s largest banks)
• I also write about becoming a better leader at Failing Forward
• I some times write about food with my girlfriend at tipsy tofu
• We’re building a house with the talented Smau Arkitektur

Some things I have done:

• Created Nettjordmor, where you could easily book a video call with a midwife
• Created the company El Mono
• Created loveapple and loveapple TV
• Created Othercastles
